The Town of Holly Ridge appointed their newest member to the Holly Ridge Town Council last night at a Special Meeting held in the Community Center. Deborah Hill is filling an unexpired term on the Town Council, set to expire in December of 2015. We welcome Deborah and are excited to work with her in the future.
