The Town of Holly Ridge has established safe Trick or Treating times for Friday, October 31st from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. We encourage all people in the Community to exercise caution due to children being out in the area collecting candy. If you are participating in giving candy to children, please turn on your porch lights. We hope all of the ghosts and pumpkins enjoy the night and everyone is safe!
