We may have been spared by hurricane Joaquin, but we are impacted by the slow moving weather system that is putting down a lot of rain. The rain is expected to continue throughout today. This is causing water to pond on the roads and the waterways to overflow the banks. Many of us are curious as to where the flooding is and what it looks like. It is best not to venture out. The flooding could contain debris and displaced animals. Turn Around, Don’t Drown! Please be safe if do you have to venture out today. Enjoy the rain, but from the inside.
