MISSION STATEMENT
The Town of Holly Ridge Parks and Recreation is dedicated to promoting and developing parks and recreation by addressing the local needs and providing open green spaces and recreation opportunities within the community. The mission of this committee is now geared towards finding and providing activities for all age groups in the Town.

Please bring any new program suggestions, concerns or comments to our attention by submitting an email to Heather Reynolds. We encourage your ideas and welcome fresh input from the community on how to improve the parks and recreation facilities and programs.

If you live within the corporate limits of the Town of Holly Ridge and are interested in joining the Parks and Recreation Committee please complete the Application form and return it to the Town Hall (PO BOX 145, Holly Ridge, NC 28445). Currently due to lack of members the Parks and Recreation Committee is not operating officially.
ANNUAL EVENTS
Easter Egg Hunt – Saturday before Easter Sunday at 10:00 a.m. in the Municipal Park
4th of July Celebration – fireworks, music, concessions
Art in Park – September 22nd, 2012 – (Co-sponsored with Onslow County) live music in the afternoon, concessions, and a children’s movie at dark
Annual Talent Show – Held in the Community Center – TBA
Children’s Christmas Party- Saturday, December 15th, 2012 – In the Community Center at 11:00 a.m. Santa will be present, food, gifts, raffles, and goody bags
