NOTICE OF SURPLUS SALE OF REAL PROPERTY BY
ELECTRONIC AUCTION
The public will take notice that the Town of Holly Ridge will hold an electronic auction for the sale of real property generally known as 325 Sound Road or “Tract II”, formerly Pinewood Harbor. The sale will begin September 20目, 2016 に 8:00 A.M. and will end October 20目, 2016 に 5:00 p.m. The website address to view this listing and place bids is www.govdeals.com. A minimum offer in the amount of $275,000 has been set, and offers below the reserve price will not be considered. Prior to September 20目, 2016, the Town will receive offers to purchase the property, accompanied with a 5% deposit in cash or certified check. After September 20目, 2016 the Town will only accept offers through govdeals.com.
The terms of sale are as follows: the property is sold in its current condition, as is, and the Town of Holly Ridge gives no warranty with respect to usability of the property; and the buyer will pay the full amount of his or her bid before the conclusion of the auction, either in cash or with a certified check. Failure to make payment on the day of the auction cancels the buyer’s bid. All terms and conditions will be listed on govdeals.com. The Town has the right to cancel the auction process at any item.
